Profile
Depending on the task I am an industrial designer who codes or software developer with design intuition. I am intrigued by exploring new and old technologies envision future possibilities by digital and hardware prototyping. My skill-set is tuned to the beginning until near end of the innovation process from translating knowledge gathered through systematic literature reviews into actionable results.
My current focus in coding lays on the Python programming language within the realms of data handling, automation and prototyping interactive experiences. In addition, I have gained experience with other languages and don’t hesitate to adapt if needed. My technical knowledge allows me to create interactive prototypes from scratch including PCB design, testing and small scale production, which includes practice with common electrical tools and programming microcontrollers.
Based on the demands of the challenge I can adapt design and research processes by choosing appropriate methodologies or construct new approaches if needed. Throughout the design process I balance between intuition and knowledge-driven design. I can facilitate the conversation between the stakeholders and use quantitative and qualitative research methods to collect insights and evaluate or validate concepts, also to ideate by leveraging a variety of creativity techniques.
